Very nice place, stayed here for two days, breakfast served was good, just remember if your self cooking don't spill the oil as they charge 1000 rupees for spillage almost 8 times the price of cooking oil , when your planning for bbq remember you have to pay for coal as it's not free ....after paying a rent of 45k per night the ask for small things from the stay managers looks pretty awful and substandard thinking most of new things might come with a price tag just clear it before booking If they improvise on there thoughts of co-operating with quest i beleive this place will be good for a get together

The place is fabulous, with great views and facilities and high quality fittings and fixture and can comfortably sleep 16 people. The pool was very well maintained and was big hit with the kids. Lots of open area for the kids to play! Nitesh and team were helpful and friendly and coordinated with food deliveries. A big item that would have enhanced our experience was having a chef/cook on site. Unavailability of which lead to 1. Eggs were available for breakfast but guests need to make their own eggs. My husband spent more than 45 mins chopping the veggies for the omelettes and making them for 10 of us on 2 days! 2. Breakfast is usually ordered from a near by restaurant. 3. staff not available to help us set up the food that we ordered and clear up after we were done eating. 4. All meals had to be ordered from nearby restaurants with No option for us to cook any meal or get it cooked in case we did buy something from the market.

Our first visit and overnight stay at this beautiful place. We had a school reunion and this place was perfect. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, with a beautiful view of the river and walking distance to the beach. The staff and the manager were excellent, very helpful and punctual and keen to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the villa was kept very neat , clean and well decorated. We will surely come back again and highly recommend this place! If you want some good pictures do reach out to Sujith the manager, he is very good.

One of the best stays! We stayed for an entire week. The place is at the best location facing river and beach is 1 min walk. The staff is extremely courteous and a special mention to Sujith for hosting is so well. He replies on WhatsApp at supersonic speed. He ensured we are well taken care of. And the female staff were always smiling, keeping the bungalow super clean. The bungalow is fully equipped with fully functional kitchen equipments and washing maching and dryer. The pool is large enough to chill and swim and they have well-maintained the pool. The bungalow is so smartly designed keeping in mind every minute detail. If you have come across this bungalow, end your search here and book it. We are definitely coming back.

Beautiful property, very polite and accomodating staff. Pretty much everything we needed, they had already; be it toiletries or first aid equipment or board games and sports equipment. Breakfast is provided but lunch and dinner is a little inconvenient to arrange(over 1hr delivery times if ordered from zomato, or drive to a nearby town) due to how remote it is. We usually ended up driving to Suratkal or Mangalore which is not a very long drive but worth mentioning. We were a group of 14 people so food delivery delays could also be attributed to the large amount of food the restaurants itself had to prepare. Keeping that in mind id give it a 4.5 stars but google doesnt allow it so rounding up to a 5 :P highly recommended!
