Worst PG I’ve stayed in for almost a year. They’ll loot you for money ,even washing clothes costs extra despite the already expensive rent. They keep a TV, but it’s not included in the rent. The geyser hardly works most of the time, and random guys enter the rooms randomly without permission, which feels very unsafe and uncomfortable. Except for the food, nothing here is good.

This PG is honestly one of the worst places I’ve stayed in. The food is extremely disappointing—almost every day it’s just watery rice and sambar with no taste or variety. It feels like there’s no effort put into meals at all. What makes it worse is the behavior of the cooking staff. They are very rude and unwelcoming. If you ask for something as basic as an extra roti, they give you looks as if you’re taking food from their personal plate. It’s uncomfortable and honestly quite insulting. Cooking staffs are extremely rude she comes to clean the room also , she starts shouting on us ie why room is dirty basically to clean the room she’s coming . Moreover everything was poor , rooms are not spacious , food is not good they don’t give food on Saturday an Sunday ..

If anyone is planning to join this pg, please stop, all the good reviews that you see are fake, as the owner asks us to put a review and send him a screenshot. I was a student from Allen staying in this pg, I chose this pg just because if was nearest to Allen, pg is very expensive they make you pay 15k +500 extra for laundry (only wash). The pg is not at all nice, rooms r okish spacious but no windows at allllll, not even one window ,no accessable terrace also, you will feel very suffocated if u wanna stay for many years. Corridors have rats in it wch will be seen at night. Pg environment is very congested. Food is not bad, it's ok But the worker i mean specially the old aunty who cooks is extremely rudee. She back answers for the smallest things, she speaks very very rudely. If you wanna leave to clg or work very early u won't get breakfast , breakfast will be available only post 7:20. And Saturday Sundays no dinner at allll , you shud again but outside. We have seen cockroaches near kitchen and even cockroach fell into food twice. If you are still ok , you can join Don't join if you want a neat pg with fresh air and good environment

Do not fall for the reviews,i have lived there for 6 months. Its a trap, food is too oily, cockroaches are always present in the kitchen, construction going on all the time. There are certain tactics followed to get more money. They will always have a “but” clause. For example, kitchen is open for cooking all the times but when the food is not provided by the pg the kitched will not be open for us to cook for ourselves. There are apparently 5 washing machines which we are not allowed to use and we have to pay extra to use. We can have breakfast and dinner during weekdays and breakfast and lunch durings weekends... BUT they will limit the food you eat or wish to take.... i personally have had a worker lady grab my lunchbox and count the number of chapathis i took... there are these monkeys that play around in pg and knock over dustbins and urinate over the hanging clothes...they will ask you to sign a contract for either 6 months or 11 months because by the way the worker women, the owner, his wife and mother behave rudely to the girls living there they would want to leave otherwise.

I don't recommend any one for this pg I stayed there for 2 months it was so worst experience and it's not worth it Food is also not good Don't fall for positive reviews bcoz when you go and stay. You will realise bcoz all positive reviews are not meant to be true

Construction work is going on in one half of the property.. so its only dust and cement everywhere.. And the owner like doesnt have a standard rate for the accomadation.. He hikes the cost initially and once u think its too costly and leave the place then he comes down with a concession as if he is an autowala.. Lack of professionalism.. no standard tariff..
